• Annual Meeting September 21, 2025 at 1:00 P.M. at the Shelter House.  Bring your favorite side dish for after the meeting.  Hot Dogs and Hamburgers will be provided by the Association, after the meeting!

• Please remind your guests that the parking places at PIOCH Park are for short term park use only.  NO overnight parking or use other than for park access.

​

• Parked vehicles must be completely off of right of ways.  

• Please DO NOT place your debris or grass clippings into the Marsh area.  It's cleanliness protects the community from the effects of flooding.

• As a reminder, the Shelter House is available to rent for any large parties.  Contact any Board Member and they can help you out.

• We all love our amazing neighborhood, its residents and their visitors.  There will always be moments when we disagree.  What separates great neighborhoods from those that are not is the way we manage those situations.  In reality, a very small fraction of people are up to no good, so kindness goes a long way in resolving differences.
